The book publishing company, Scribner, will be republishing the literary classic,
"The Great Gatsby" by F. Scott Fitzgerald,
with a new cover that features the movie coming out May 10th, 2013:

To the left is the movie tie-in cover and to the right is the original classic cover drawn by Francis Cugat. He was commissioned to do the cover while Fitzgerald was still writing the book and was a little known artist at the time. To see more of his work, go here.

There was a "Books Recovered Contest" held by TheFoxIsBlack.com, featuring the book "The Great Gatsby". It was held sometime last year, so I cannot enter it. But I did see some covers that I liked and thought I would share them with you in honor of the new film adaptation coming out in May.

That sucks that you can't enter this because I'm sure you could of come up with something really cool because it's right up your ally. My favorite out of all of these is Philipp Dornbrierer's cover. Maybe you should create your own re-cover just for the hell of it to add to your portfolio??

You know those other covers I made a while ago with Leo on them? They come up when you Google "The Great Gatsby book cover"!!!! So exciting!
